A Story of Tradition

The Consorzio 'Nduja di Spilinga US , was born with the goal of safeguarding the 300-year-old recipe but also educate 'Nduja lovers around the country on what makes this product so special. Over the past 40 years 'Nduja has become more popular among some of the best chef in the world that use it to accompany any type of dish. And because of the huge success many tried to copy this original spreadable salami originally from the small town of Spilinga. Thankfully the essential ingredients use to make this product are hard to come by.
