The Consorzio 'Nduja di Spilinga USA , was born with the goal of safeguarding the 300 year old recepie but also educate 'Nduja lovers around the country on what makes this product so special . Over the past 40 years the Nduja has become more popular among some of the best chef in the world that use it to accompaing any type of dish. And because of the huge success many tried to copy this original spreadable spice salami from the small town of Spilinga. Thankfully the essential ingredients use to make this product are hard to come by.
